As an admin, you may need to reset a password for a user from time to time. To reset one of your user's passwords, follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Log in to BoostElevateGo.com.
​STEP 2: In the navigation menu on the left of your screen, hover over the icon of 3 people. A Users menu will pop-up. Click on Manage.

STEP 3: Find the user you want to update the password for and click the pencil icon next to their name at the right.

STEP 4: In the Update User screen, enter the user's new password twice.
STEP 5: Click Save User
