Assigning User Roles and Doors

How to assign your users to Doors with the appropriate roles in Boost Elevate GO

Here is a quick guide to assigning your store users the correct roles and to the correct doors. In Elevate GO, these processes go hand-in-hand. (Please note you must have a company or carrier admin role to assign users roles and doors):

STEP 1: Sign in to BoostElevateGO.com

STEP 2: In the menu at the far left of your screen, hover over the icon with 3 people and click Manage

STEP 3: Locate the user you would like to assign to a particular door/role. You can use the search bar at the top right to easily find the rep.

STEP 4: Click the eye icon to the right of the rep's name.

STEP 5:ย Once you are on the user screen, scroll to the bottom of the screen where you will find the Roles tab. Here, you can review roles and stores assigned to the particular user.
To add a store and corresponding role for the user, click on Add A Role:

STEP 6: In the pop-up, first select the role you would like to add for the user. For a list of roles and their abilities, click here.

STEP 7: After you select the role, you will then select the doors you would like to assign. You can select as many as apply in this step. Note that if the role you choose is a Dealer Admin role, you will not need to complete this step.

STEP 8: Click Create Role to save.
