Our latest update includes a few changes you may notice as you're navigating Elevate GO. Here's what's new:
Update to Checklist/Interaction Summary Interface
You'll see a new condensed view of your Checklist/Interaction summary view within Elevate GO. This information will now be contained within a gray box, with white space to the right. This space is a placeholder for information used at the carrier level.
New: Tasks & Task Report + Notifications for Dealer Owners
Within each door page, you will now see a tab for Tasks. Within this tab you will now be able to view and complete tasks assigned to the door by Boost. To complete a task, simply click the check mark to the right of the task.
Within the Reports menu, you will now see a new Task Report. This will provide you with an overview of tasks assigned to your doors with info on each task, and some additional stats on tasks for the doors you're assigned to at the top.
Additionally, store owners will start receiving a daily email including new, completed, and overdue tasks. The daily email will only send if there are tasks assigned to your doors.
Please note that tasks previously assigned may still appear within these lists and reports. Some older tasks may be able to be deleted from your existing task list. Tasks that can be deleted will have an X icon to the left of the task. Click this X to delete the task.
Currently, tasks can only be created at a carrier level. If you are interested in setting tasks at a dealer level, please let us know.
New: Goals Report + Goal Notifications for Dealer Owners
As the first item within your DLAR menu, you will now find a Goals Report where you will find goals set for your doors by Boost Mobile, along with the current status of those goals.
Additionally, Dealer Owners will receive a daily email with an overview of goals set by door and the current status of those goals. The daily email will only send if there are tasks assigned to your doors.
