Elevate GO pulls in data from several sources to give you actionable reporting. One of those sources is Elevate Marketing. In this guide, we'll walk you through where you can see this reporting within the platform.
The majority of Elevate Marketing reporting within Elevate GO is within the Dealers or Doors section of your account.
Use the instructions below to get there:
Click the Eye icon next to the dealer or door you'd like to view info for.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Customer Base Engagement tab.
Adjust the date range for whatever you'd like to see. This will default to the past month.

📣 Overall Customer Engagement
Want to see how well your stores are reaching out to their customers, or ensure your stores are sending campaigns and making calls? You'll want to check out the Customer Base Engagement tab on your door or dealer page:
Here you will see, by store, how many emails, SMS, and calls have been made for the date range chosen. Please note number of calls is delayed 1 day and only reflects calls matched with Gryphon.
💡Pro Tip💡: If you also want to see this information by day, and alongside DLAR metrics, head over to the Calendar Report!
📆 Upcoming Campaigns
Want to see what campaigns are on deck for your stores? Click on the Scheduled Campaigns tab.
💡Pro Tip💡: This report defaults to the past month, so you may want to adjust your filters immediately to a month ahead to show what's coming!
📊 Campaign Performance
Want to see how your Elevate Marketing email and SMS campaigns have performed? Check out the Location Sends tab.

☎️ Outbound Calling Stats
Want to see how many calls your stores are making, and in which calling groups? Click the Outbound Calls tab.
💡Pro Tip💡: Calling stats are 1 day behind, and only reflect calls matched with Gryphon. Additionally, you will only see individual call stats for active calling groups.
