Report types
Call Demand Report by Hour / Appointment Demand Report by Hour: Visualize and quantify calls or appointments made per hour, including a compiled 24 hour xy graph of how many were made at specific times. Select a language pair at the top of the graph to toggle that pair on or off the graph.
Executive Summary Calls / Executive Summary Appointments: Customize the data points to include (up to 14). The report includes a pie graph of the language pairs used and a summary of the most frequent interpreters and accounts during the selected time period. All calls or appointments are also included as individual line items.
Invoice Summary Account / Invoice Summary Interpreter: Customize the data points to include (up to 14) and report on totals across multiple invoices. For example, if you invoice accounts monthly, use the Invoice Summary Account report to see the total usage and billing for that account for a full year.
Appointments need confirmation: Displays a list of interpreters who have been assigned to scheduled appointments but have not yet confirmed their participation. When the “Require interpreters to confirm participation through email” option is enabled in the Scheduled notification settings, interpreters receive a reminder email with a button to confirm their participation. This report helps identify outstanding confirmations and allows agencies to follow up with interpreters who have not yet responded.
Online/Offline Reports: Export interpreter online/offline times in bulk instead of exporting the data for each interpreter one at a time. This helps you ensure language availability and shift coverage. For more about which data points are included in this report type, see the Interpreter Activity Logs article.
Note: The Online/Offline report type needs to be enabled by your Account Manager.
