Call Routing Details

Use Call Routing Details in Boostlingo to see which interpreters were rung for a call, ring duration, device type, and who declined.

Written by Quinn Bott

The Routing Details feature lets LSC administrators see which interpreters were rung for a call, how long it rang for each, and whether they declined. This information is available for calls in both Abandoned and Connected status.

Note: This list shows only internal interpreters who were rung, not BHub interpreters.

Open call routing details

  1. As an LSC admin, navigate to "On Demand>Logs".

  2. Select the call you want, then select the "Routing Details" tab.

What the view shows

For each interpreter, you can see:

  • Name of each interpreter

  • Interpreter ID number

  • Time Dialed: date and time of the call

  • Ring Duration: how long the interpreter was rung for the call

  • Device type: Web or Mobile

  • Refused: checked if the interpreter declined the call

Use the search bar to search by interpreter name, ID number, or email address.

Tip: If an interpreter you expected was not rung, check their Online/Offline times to see whether they were online at the time of the call.

Next steps / Getting more help

For LSC admins: if routing looks wrong for a call, reach out to Boostlingo Support with the Call ID and the interpreters you expected to be rung. If you are unsure how to reach Support, contact your Account Manager.
