View Online Interpreters

See which interpreters are online and your language coverage in the flyout, with per-interpreter stats like ASA, AICT, and bad calls.

Written by Quinn Bott

As an LSC Administrator, you can get a quick view of which interpreters are currently online and which languages you have coverage for.

Open the flyout

Open or close the flyout from the Human icon menu in the platform header.

Language coverage and interpreter stats

Select the "Language" tab to view your language coverage.

Select the "Interpreter" tab to view online interpreters and high-level stats for each:

  • Total Calls

  • ASA (average speed of answer)

  • AICT (average interpreter connect time)

  • BC (bad calls, meaning calls that are not connected for any reason)

Note: When an interpreter is on a call, the flyout shows a phone icon for interpretation calls and a headset icon for Operator Calls.

Next steps / Getting more help

If an interpreter you expect isn't showing as online, confirm their caller is set to accept calls, then reach out to Boostlingo Support. If you're unsure how to reach Support, contact your Account Manager.
