LSC administrators can verify when an interpreter was online in Boostlingo, whether they were on the web or mobile for each session, and how many hours and minutes they worked in a given period.
Important Note: This log shows the time a user had their caller set to accept calls, not the total time they were signed in to Boostlingo. If a user is signed in but their caller is not online, that time is not reflected in the activity log.
Open the activity log
Sign in as an LSC admin, then navigate to the "Interpreters tab".
Select the interpreter whose activity you want to audit.
In the interpreter details panel, select the "Logs" tab on the right-hand side, then select the "Activity" viewer.
What the log shows
For each of the interpreter's online sessions, you can see:
Device Type: Web or Mobile
Date
Online From: session start time
Online To: session end time
Online Duration: total time online in hours, minutes, and seconds
Note: If an interpreter is online at 12:00:00 AM when the date changes, a new row is created with the new date.
Filter the log
Filter by Date Range (up to two months in the past) and by Device Type (Web, Mobile, or All). Based on the filters you select, you will see the total time the interpreter was online for that period and device type.
Note: If an interpreter is online on both web and mobile at the same time, the overlapping time is not counted twice in the total online duration (when Device Type is set to All).
Download the log
Activity data is stored for only two months in the portal, so you may want to download it to keep a long-term record of an interpreter's activity.
Select the download icon in the top right corner, then select "Download All Columns to CSV".
Choose the correct time zone, then select "Download CSV" to begin the download.
Tip: To export online/offline times for more than one interpreter at once, use the Interpreter Activity Logs report type. For more information, see the Reports Overview article.
Next steps / Getting more help
For LSC admins: if an interpreter's activity looks wrong, reach out to Boostlingo Support with the interpreter's name and the date range. If you are unsure how to reach Support, contact your Account Manager.
