End User Registration (LSC Admin)

How LSC admins enable end user self-registration for an account with a secure link, plus what the sign-up process looks like for a new user.

Written by Quinn Bott

LSC administrators can let an organization's end users register their own accounts through a secure, account-specific registration link.

Note: Only LSC administrators can enable or change end-user registration settings.

Enable end user registration

  1. Go to Members>Accounts and select the account you want to enable registration for. This opens the Account details panel.

  2. Select the "Info" tab.

  3. Find the "End User Registration" section and select "Edit".

  4. Toggle "End User Registration" to "On". This generates a link you can copy and send to users in the organization.

  5. Choose the preferred setting for newly registered users:

    • "Deactivated by Default": an LSC admin activates each account.

    • "Auto-Enabled": users are activated automatically once they finish registering.

  6. Select "Save Changes" to make end-user registration active for this account.

  7. Send the link to the Requestor Admins, who can share it with members of their organization.

What registration looks like for a user

  1. Open the registration link.

  2. Enter your email address, agree to the Terms and Conditions, then select "Create Account".

  3. Complete the required fields:

    1. First Name

    2. Last Name

    3. Native language (choose English if in doubt)

    4. Service Type

    5. Password

    6. Confirm password

  4. Select "Create Account".

  5. Check the inbox for the email address you used. Open the confirmation email (subject: "Please confirm your registration") and select "Confirm E-mail". A browser screen confirms your registration.

  6. Sign in with your new username and password.
