Some appointment-related email notifications include an iCal file, letting invited parties add or update the event on their calendar in one step. The calendar event includes the time, location, description, and a link to the Boostlingo platform.
Which notifications include an iCal file
Appointment Created: adds a new event to the calendar.
Appointment Scheduled: adds a new event to the calendar.
Date/Time Changed: updates the existing event (or creates it if it doesn't exist).
Appointment Canceled: removes the event from the calendar.
The iCal file appears as an attachment on the email notification.
When the recipient opens the attachment, they're prompted to confirm adding the event to their calendar.

Google Calendar
Apple Calendar
All other web calendars that support the iCal file type
