Using Quick Dials

How Quick Dials preset language and service options for requestors on IVR calls and in the Boostlingo mobile app.

Written by Quinn Bott

Quick Dials give requestors a preset list of languages and service types to choose from during a call, instead of navigating a full menu.

IVR Quick Dials

  • After you enter your PIN on an IVR call, you're prompted to select a language from your Quick Dials list.

  • The prompt lists the options available for your PIN. For example, it might say "Press 1 for Spanish, 2 for Arabic."

  • If the service type is set to "Select Service Type," you're also prompted to choose a service type from the options in your Service Type Policies.

Mobile app Quick Dials

In the mobile app, your Quick Dials appear under the "Quick Dials" tab. Unavailable communication types are greyed out.

Note: AI Interpreter Quick Dials don't appear in the mobile app. They will be added to this screen at a later date.

· For requestors: if a Quick Dial you expect isn’t available, let your LSC admin know so they can check your Quick Dials configuration.
