Password complexity rules
When setting a new password, keep these complexity rules in mind. Each password requires:
One lowercase character
One uppercase character
One number
One special character
12 characters minimum, 50 characters maximum
Cannot reuse a previous password
Reset from a browser
On the login page, enter your email address, then select "Next".
On the next screen, select "Forgot password?".
Confirm your email address, then select "Submit".
Check your email inbox for a message with instructions to set a new password. Be sure to check all inbox folders, including spam and junk, if you don't see the message within a few minutes.
Reset from the mobile app
On the login page, tap "Forgot password?".
Confirm your email address, then tap "Submit".
