Multi-Account Interpreters in Browser

How multi-account interpreters use unified features and switch their active LSC for logs and invoicing in the browser.

Written by Quinn Bott

As an interpreter, you can associate your account (email address) with more than one Language Service Company (LSC), and some features depend on which LSC is active for you.

Note: Sign in with app.boostlingo.com rather than a branded LSC URL. You can still accept calls from multiple LSCs regardless of which URL you use.

Unified features

  • Appointments appear on one calendar.

  • The caller rings for all LSCs you're available for. You can be available for more than one LSC at the same time.

  • Your personal profile (name, photo, phone number) is the same across all LSCs, so you only fill it out once.

Not unified

Invoicing and logs depend on your active LSC, shown in the bottom-left of the sidebar. To switch, select your current LSC's name, choose the LSC you want from the list, then confirm the switch.

Once confirmed, you can review that LSC's logs or create an invoice for it.

From the LSCs list, you can also set which LSCs to accept calls for.

Next steps / Getting more help

If you can't see logs or invoices for an LSC, confirm it's set as your active LSC. Let that LSC's admin know if the issue continues.
