Signing into the InterpretManager app in Teams

How to sign into the InterpretManager app during a scheduled Teams call using email/password or Microsoft sign-in.

Written by Quinn Bott

Note: The InterpretManager Teams application is only available for scheduled Teams calls, not impromptu calls.

You can sign in two ways:

1. Email and password — enter the email address and password you usually use to sign into InterpretManager.

2. Microsoft — select Sign in with Microsoft.

Note: If you normally use a different sign-in method, sign into InterpretManager in a separate browser tab. Microsoft SSO is supported in the US only.

Next steps / Getting more help

· Once you’re signed in, add an interpreter to your call.

· For LSC admins: if a user can’t sign in, confirm they’re using email/password or Microsoft SSO (the only supported methods), then reach out to Boostlingo Support with the user’s email. If you’re unsure how to reach Support, contact your Account Manager.
