After your LSC admin provides the Zoom contact CSV, import it into your email service so you can pick an interpreter contact by language pair and service type when adding one to a Zoom meeting. This article points you to the import instructions for common email services.
Note: The import steps take place in your email provider’s own interface (a third-party application). Use your provider’s documentation:
For Outlook / Office 365: follow Outlook’s “import contacts” instructions.
For Gmail: follow Gmail’s “import contacts” instructions.
For Yahoo: follow Yahoo’s “import contacts” instructions.
