Before configuring a Zoom policy, an LSC Administrator must enable the Zoom integration at the company level. This allows LSC Admin to create Zoom policies for on an account-by-account basis or across all accounts.
Note:
Zoom for OPI integration requires Zoom Pro, Zoom Business, or Zoom Enterprise. Zoom Basic (free) isn't supported.
This feature must be enabled for the account by the LSC admin.
Zoom for VRI (Video Remote Interpretation) is also available when configuring the Zoom integration. Contact your Account Manager to learn more.
Tip: If you use interpreters who are members of your organization, you can control routing more closely, for example by prioritizing certain interpreters or placing an interpreter on an account's Do Not Call list.
Enable the integration
Sign in as an LSC administrator.
In the LSC Administrator sidebar, select "Configuration." on the bottom left of the screen.
Select the "Company" tab, then select "Integrations."
Select "Edit" on the Zoom card.
Confirm "Zoom for OPI" is selected, then select "Next." (at this step do not hit confirm)
Select "On" to enable Zoom for OPI at the company level, then select "Next." Then Done or Confirm.
