Zoom VRI (Video Remote Interpreting) lets your organization route video interpreting calls through Zoom instead of the built-in video platform. Setting it up takes a company-level configuration step for LSC administrators, plus a matching integration on the requestor side.
1. Enable Zoom for VRI at the system level
Turn on Zoom for VRI from Configuration>Company>Integrations.
On the Zoom integration panel click 'Edit'.
Select 'Zoom for VRI' and follow the setup wizard.
Note: If you only see "Zoom for OPI" and not "Zoom for VRI" during setup, contact your Account Manager to enable Zoom for VRI.
2. Create a Zoom configuration policy
Create a new policy, or edit an existing one, from Configuration>Company>Customize>Routing.
Zoom Configurations tab: create a policy, add language configurations, and assign members at the account and requestor level. See this Zoom policy configuration guide for more detail.
Zoom Apps tab: lists every requestor account that has Zoom integration enabled.
Note: Each requestor needs active Zoom integration for VRI to work.
3. Find or export interpreter invite emails
The invite emails are only generated after you complete the steps above.
Find them from Members>Accounts (LSC Administrator persona): select the account, then open its Zoom tab.
An email address may be greyed out (deactivated) for one of these reasons:
Integration isn't set up for the user (VRI configurations only; OPI doesn't require integration).
The feature is disabled for the account.
A policy restriction applies (the service type isn't included in the Service Type policy, or the language isn't included in the Language Policy).
If an email is deactivated:
Hover over the "i" icon to see the reason.
The configuration is excluded from the contacts export.
Migrating an existing Zoom OPI configuration
Zoom for OPI doesn't require a separate integration. It only needs to be enabled in the company's integration settings by the LSC administrator.
Migration made these changes to how interpreter invite emails are configured:
Existing Zoom OPI configurations move automatically to a "Migration Routing Policy."
From the account's Zoom tab (Members>Accounts), you can no longer create, edit, or delete a configuration. You can generate a new email and export contacts; all edits now happen through the policy.
A new "Communication Type" column was added to the configuration table.

Requestor-side Zoom integration
Root Requestor Admin accounts integrate Zoom from Configuration>Integrations (Requestor persona): choose "Zoom for Organization" or "Zoom for User" and follow the wizard.
Zoom for Organization applies automatically to every user under the Zoom organization account.
Zoom for User applies only to the user who set it up.
Non-root Requestor Admin and regular Requestor accounts also have a Configuration>Integrations tab, but only "Zoom for User" is available.
Uninstall the Boostlingo Zoom app
Sign in to your Zoom account and go to the Zoom App Marketplace.
Select Manage>Installed Apps, or search for the Boostlingo app.
