Follow these steps to cancel your locker booking!
Open the Bounce app
Open the Bounce app and make sure you're logged into your account.
Go to Bookings
Tap Bookings to view your upcoming and past Bookings.
Select your locker Booking
Tap the Booking you'd like to cancel.
Cancel your Booking
Scroll down and tap Cancel Booking.
Choose a reason
Select your reason for canceling, then follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
Canceling is easy, and there are no cancellation fees. The refund you receive depends on how close you are to your scheduled drop-off time:
More than 1 hour before drop-off: Get a full refund to your original payment method or as Bounce credits.
Less than 1 hour before drop-off: Get a full refund in Bounce credits.
Bounce credits are added to your account right away and can be used toward a future Booking!
