How to cancel
Open the Bounce app and tap Bookings.
Select the booking you want to cancel.
Tap View details.
Scroll to Get Support 24/7 and tap Cancel Booking.
Select your cancellation reason and follow the prompts.
Will I get a refund?
Your refund options depend on when you cancel:
More than 1 hour before drop-off: Get a refund to Bounce credits or your original payment method.
Less than 1 hour before drop-off: Get a refund in Bounce credits.
More than 1 hour after the scheduled drop-off time: The booking is not eligible for a refund.
Once your cancellation is complete, you'll receive a confirmation. 💙
Bounce credits are issued immediately and are valid for 12 months. Refunds to your original payment method typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
There are no separate cancellation fees.
