How to Access and Use Bounce Credits After Canceling a Booking

Canceling a booking may earn you Bounce credits, which you can use on future bookings. They’re valid for 1 year from the date they’re added.

Accessing Your Bounce Credits

  1. Log in to your Bounce account
    Use the same email address associated with your canceled booking—either on the Bounce app or website.

  2. Go to your Wallet
    Once logged in, navigate to the Wallet section to view your available credits. If you were issued credits from a cancellation, they’ll appear here.

Using Your Bounce Credits

  1. Apply credits at checkout
    When making a new booking, head to the payment screen. Your available credits will appear as a payment option. Just toggle “Use Bounce credits” to apply them automatically.

    If they don’t fully cover the booking, the remaining amount will be charged to your selected payment method.

  2. Credits and currency
    Bounce credits convert automatically to match the local currency of your new booking—no extra steps needed.

Tips for a Smooth Booking

  • Always log in using the correct email tied to your canceled booking.

  • Check your credit balance in the Wallet before booking.

  • Remember: credits expire 1 year after being issued.
