Bookings canceled after the scheduled drop-off time aren't eligible for a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Bounce processes eligible refunds as soon as you cancel, but it may take 5–10 business days for a refund to appear on your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund doesn't appear after this timeframe, contact your bank first. If you still need help, reach out to Bounce Support and we'll be happy to look into it.
What if I receive Bounce Credits?
