Need to cancel your Bounce booking? Your refund depends on when you cancel.
More than 1 hour before drop-off: You will be refunded to your original payment method.
Less than 1 hour before drop-off: You will receive a refund in Bounce credits for future bookings at any of our 10,000+ locations worldwide.
After the booking duration: No refunds will be issued.
When will I receive my refund?
Bounce processes eligible refunds as soon as you cancel, but it may take 5–10 business days for a refund to appear on your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
If your refund doesn't appear after this timeframe, contact your bank first. If you still need help, reach out to Bounce Support and we'll be happy to look into it.
What if I receive Bounce Credits?
