How can I earn Bounce Credits?
You can receive Bounce Credits in several ways:
Book through the Bounce app: Eligible app bookings can earn 10% back in Bounce Credits.
Choose Bounce Credits for a refund: Depending on when you cancel your booking, you may be able to receive your refund as Bounce Credits.
Promotions: Some Bounce promotions may offer Bounce Credits as a reward.
How can I check my Bounce Credits?
Log in to your Bounce account using the email address associated with your bookings.
Open your Wallet to view your available Bounce Credits.
How do I use my Bounce Credits?
Start a new booking on the Bounce app or website.
Continue to the payment screen.
Select Use Bounce Credits to apply your available balance.
If your credits don't cover the full booking amount, you can pay the remaining balance with another available payment method.
Your credits are automatically applied in the currency of your booking, so you don't need to convert them yourself.
How long are Bounce Credits valid?
Bounce Credits are generally valid for 12 months from the date they're issued. Check your Wallet for the expiration date of your credits.
