In the Bounce app
Log in to the app.
Tap Bookings.
Select the booking you want to cancel.
Tap View details.
Scroll down to Get Support 24/7 and tap Cancel Booking.
Choose your reason for canceling.
Once your cancellation is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.
On the web
The process is the same. Just sign in to bounce.com using the email address or phone number linked to your booking, then follow the steps above.
Cancellation Policy
More than 1 hour before drop-off: You will receive either a refund to your original payment method or Bounce credits for future bookings at any of our 10,000+ locations worldwide.
Less than 1 hour before drop-off: You will receive a refund in Bounce credits.
After the booking duration: No refunds will be issued.
