Checking Reservation Details: Access the 'My Reservations' tab on the Bounce app or website to review your booking details, including check-in/out times, number of items, and your unique QR code.
Confirming the Partner Store: Upon arrival at the Bounce Partner Location, present your reservation details to the employee. They will confirm that you are at the correct store designated for your reservation.
Scanning your QR Code: The Bounce Partner Location employee will scan the QR code provided in your reservation details. This serves as a quick and efficient way to check your luggage in. If there are any issues with the QR code, you can manually enter the pin number as an alternative method.
Securing your Luggage: Once checked in, your luggage will be tagged, sealed, and securely stored in a designated area. Rest assured that your belongings will be kept safe until you are ready to retrieve them.
