You can share your booking details with other people who are on your same booking. For example, if you want to store 1 bag and your friend wants to store 1 bag, you can make a single booking for 2 bags. When you share your booking with other people, they can see the booking details and can drop off and pick up your bags.

If someone else made a Bounce booking including your bags, they can share it with you. When they share it with you, you'll see their name at the top of the booking confirmation page. For example, you would see the message "You are seeing Anthony's booking" on your booking confirmation page. You can see all of the details related to their booking, including the store address and the drop-off and pick-up times.

Even if the booking has been shared with other people, the only person who can change the booking is the person who made it. That means that they're the only one who can change the drop-off or pick-up times, or cancel the booking altogether.

In case it's your booking but you can't make any changes, log in with the same email you used to book, and the edit option will appear next to the Booking details section.

When you arrive at the store to drop-off or pick-up your bags, simply show the store employee the booking QR code and they will help you with your bags.
