At Bounce, we want luggage storage to be simple and stress-free. Here’s what to expect when you drop off your bags at a Bounce location
Check your booking details
Open the Bookings tab in the Bounce app to review your booking details, including your drop-off and pick-up times, number of bags, and QR code.Find your Bounce location
When you arrive, show your booking details to the staff at the Bounce location. They’ll confirm that you’re at the correct location for your booking.Scan your QR code
The staff will scan the QR code from your booking to check in your bags. If you’re unable to scan the QR code, you can use the PIN shown in your booking instead.Some of our trusted luggage storage locations will no longer need a QR Code, all you will need is your Booking ID!
Drop off your bags
Your bags will be tagged and stored in a designated area. Once your bags are safely stored, you’re free to enjoy your day without having to carry them around.
