Change the number of bags
Open your booking
Log in to your Bounce account and head to Bookings.Select “Change Booking”
Open the booking you’d like to update, then select Change Booking.Update your bag count
Choose how many bags you’ll be storing and select the appropriate bag type: small, regular, or odd-size.Your current bag count will already be filled in, so you only need to update it if you're storing a different number of bags.
Review and confirm
Check your updated booking details and any price adjustment, then confirm your changes.
Your booking will automatically update with the new number of bags. You’ll see the updated bag count alongside your drop-off and pick-up times.
Your QR code or PIN won’t change, so you can use the same one when you arrive.
What if I’m storing fewer bags?
If you reduce the number of bags in your booking:
Before your drop-off time: Your refund will go back to your original payment method. If you paid with Bounce credits, your refund will be issued as Bounce credits.
After your drop-off: Any eligible refund will be issued as Bounce credits.
Already dropped off your bags?
If you've already completed your drop-off, you won’t be able to reduce the number of bags yourself.
No worries — contact Bounce Support and send us a photo of the bags you actually left at the location. We’ll take a look and help you from there.
