What happens if my plans change?

At Bounce, we understand that travel plans can change. Here’s how we make it easy to adjust your reservation:

Modifying Your Reservation

  1. Change Drop-off or Pick-up Times
    Log into your account on our app to modify your times before the original drop-off or pick up time.

  2. Modify or Extend Your Storage Period
    You can update the duration of your reservation through our app. This includes changing your drop-off time or extending your storage if your bags are already stored, subject to the location’s availability.

  3. Adjust Bag Count
    You can add or reduce the number of bags in your booking through our app as long as you haven’t dropped off your bags yet. If your bags have already been dropped off, please contact customer support.


Cancelling Your Reservation

You can cancel for a full refund more than an hour before your scheduled drop-off time. Cancellations after 1 hour of the drop-off time will result in a Bounce credit refund.

To cancel your reservations, please follow these steps below.

  1. Go to Bookings

  2. Click View details

  3. Scroll to the bottom, and select Cancel booking

No-Show Policy

No-shows will not be refunded, so be sure to cancel or modify your reservation if your plans change.
