Plans change — and that’s okay! Here’s how you can update or cancel your Bounce booking if your plans change.
Need to adjust your timing? You can change your drop-off or pick-up time directly in the Bounce app before your original drop-off time.
Need to store more or fewer bags than you originally booked? You can update the number of bags in your booking before or after drop-off.
You can cancel your booking for a full refund to your original payment method if you cancel more than 1 hour before your scheduled drop-off time.
If you cancel less than 1 hour before your scheduled drop-off time, your refund will be issued as Bounce credits.
