What happens if my plans change?

At Bounce, we understand that travel plans can change. Here’s how we make it easy to adjust your reservation:

Modifying Your Reservation

  1. Change Drop-off or Pick-up Times
    Log into your account on our app to modify your times before the original drop-off time.

  2. Extend Your Storage Period
    You can extend your reservation through our app or website. Use code BOUNCEBEYOND for a 10% discount on long-term storage of 10 days or more.

  3. Adjust Bag Count
    You can add to the number of bags booked via our app. To reduce the number of bags, please reach out to customer support.


Cancelling Your Reservation

You can cancel for a full refund more than an hour before your scheduled drop-off time. Cancellations after 1 hour of the drop-off time will result in a Bounce credit refund.

To cancel your reservations, please follow these steps below.

  1. Go to Bookings

  2. Click see details

  3. Select Edit

  4. Cancel this booking.

No-Show Policy

No-shows will not be refunded, so be sure to cancel or modify your reservation if your plans change.
