When it comes to luggage storage, travelers often need help with size limitations.

The good news is that we don't have a size limit on bags, meaning you can store any luggage as long as you can move it, we’ll store it.

Below are the general guidelines for the types of luggage we accept at our locations:

  • Small Luggage

    • Dimensions: 20-24 inches (50-60 cm) in length, 14-16 inches (35-40 cm) in width, and 8-10 inches (20-25 cm) in height

    • Weight: Typically 5-10 pounds (2.5-4.5 kg)

  • Medium Luggage

    • Dimensions: 24-28 inches (60-70 cm) in length, 16-18 inches (40-45 cm) in width, and 10-12 inches (25-30 cm) in height

    • Weight: 10-15 pounds (4.5-6.8 kg)

  • Large Luggage

    • Dimensions: 28-32 inches (70-80 cm) in length, 18-20 inches (45-50 cm) in width, and 12-14 inches (30-35 cm) in height

    • Weight: 15-20 pounds (6.8-9 kg)

Note: Some bulky items, like surfboards or bikes, require approval from our partners and booking multiple bags as they take up quite a bit of space.
