Here are the simple steps to check the delivery status of your package and pick it up seamlessly using our app.
Follow these straightforward instructions to stay updated on your deliveries and retrieve your packages hassle-free.
Open the package receiving app and go to the "Packages" tab.
Click on the "Tracking" tab within the Packages section.
Look for your tracking information to see if the package is marked as delivered.
If it's marked as delivered, go to the "Bounce location" tab.
Check if there are any packages checked in; these will be marked as "Ready for pick up."
Click on the package you want to pick up.
Follow the instructions provided, which will include your QR code and a photo of the shipping label scanned for identification.
