  3. Take a Photo of the Closed Location:

    • If you do not receive a response within a reasonable time, take a clear photo of the store being closed. Ensure that the photo includes any signage or notices that indicate the store’s closure.

  4. Contact Bounce Customer Support:

    • Reach out to Bounce Customer Support through the app or our website. Provide the photo and any additional details about your reservation and the closed location.
