Booking luggage storage with Bounce only takes a moment. Here’s how to get started:
Enter Your Location, Date & Time
Open the Bounce app or website and enter where you’d like to store your bags, along with your drop-off and pick-up times.
Browse Nearby Locations
You’ll see storage spots marked with luggage icons. Tap any location to check opening hours, reviews, and store details.
Pick Your Store
When you find a spot that fits your plans, tap Book this store.
Select Bags
Choose the number of bags and select the correct bag type:
Small – Purses or tote bags
Regular – Suitcases or backpacks
Oversized – Large suitcases, bikes, surfboards
Payment & Confirmation
Review your booking, add your payment method, and confirm.
You’re All Set!
You’ll receive a confirmation email right away. You can view your booking anytime in the Bookings tab.
Viewing and Managing Your Booking
Open the Bookings tab to see everything you need for your trip:
Drop-off and pick-up times
Bag count
QR code or PIN for check-in
Directions to the store
A Message the store button for quick communication
Additional Tips
Double-check your location, date, and time before confirming.
Keep your confirmation email nearby — it has all the important booking info.
Need directions or want to message the store? You’ll find both inside your booking under the Bookings tab.
What if no locations appear?
If no locations appear for your search, try:
Adjusting your time window. Opening hours may be the blocker.
Re-pinning on the map. Autocomplete can occasionally place you a bit off.
Checking nearby transit stations or tourist areas. Many storage spots cluster here.
Something Went Wrong While Booking
If you run into an issue during booking, here’s the quickest way to fix it:
No confirmation email?
Open the Bookings tab in the app or on the website.
If your payment went through, your booking should already be there with the QR code and store details.
If you don’t see it, double-check that you're logged in with the same email tied to your payment method.Hit Confirm and nothing happens?
Refresh the page or restart the app.
If it still loops, switch between app and web — or try a different payment method.Saw an error code?
Most error codes are temporary. Wait 30 seconds and try again, or switch from app to web.
If it keeps happening on the same card, try another one.Charged twice, or charged but nothing appears in Bookings?
We’ll take care of this.
