Accept or decline contracts
Pending contracts will display as You - Awaiting Signature below the Contract label.
In Events -> Contracts, click the event you are looking for.
A new window will open with more contract details.
Accepting
Accepting a contract is as simple as clicking ACCEPT AGREEMENT, verifying that the signee is correct, and clicking Submit:
Declining
In the same window, click DECLINE AGREEMENT.
Verify the signee is correct.
Enter a brief message explaining why you declined. For example, if the scheduled time does not work, propose a new date/time here.
Click Submit.
Once you decline a contract, the contract status will show Declined, and the opposing school(s) can see that you declined.
View and edit contracts

From here, view events, whether they have contracts and the contract's status.
Events will display their status below the Contract label. Accepted displays the school(s) that accepted and signed a contract, and Awaiting shows the school(s) pending accepting & signing.
Filter events by contract status
Filter your Contracts by any item(s) from the + Add Filter dropdown list
Manually send a contract
Event contracts are automatically pushed out at midnight. Sending the contract manually is optional in many cases. However, some organizations require manual contract setup as outlined below.
You must be the event host to setup/manage/send event contracts.
In Events, go to the event you are sending the contract for.
Click Setup Contract.
Enter a Title and any Disclaimer information.
You must indicate the Fee Type.
Per Event - One fee for the whole event (every session)
Per Competition - Fee required for each session
None - No fee
Click on the team name you are sending the contract to under Parties. The team will appear greyed out when unselected.
If multiple schools are displayed, you can bulk select by clicking Select All.
If you have a PDF of your contract, upload it under PDF Contract.
Click Publish Contract.
Review and Send. Add additional email addresses (separated by commas) in the box.
Click Send. Once sent, the event is locked. Only the current host will be able to edit or delete event details.
