Once done with Student Document Approvals, continue on with section 1 below.
Section 1: Understanding Clearing when using Activity Registration
When using Activity Registration all students must be "cleared" for participation.
A student can be "Cleared" when they have filled out the registration and reached a "Final Registration" Status which is shown by the green banner in the registration column on the Program>Students page under the desired activity.
To reach the Final Registration Green Banner - the registration will have answered all of the questions you asked in the Student Settings Set Up on your site and they will have agreed to or uploaded all of the forms you Required and attached to their registration Option.
A student who has a red Pending Registration Banner in the Registration column on the Program>Students page means the family has started the registration but has not answered all of the questions nor agreed to or upload all of the attached documents to the registration program option.

Section 2: Clearing Students
There are two ways to clear students for participation:
You may clear them one at a time by clicking on the pencil in front of their name.
NOTE: If you have not added student to a roster, when you mark their status to cleared on the Program>Students page their status on the roster will be ACTIVE and their name will appear on the public site. If you have added students to a roster before you have cleared them from the Program>Students page you will need to change their Roster Status to ACTIVE when you clear them. This can be done in the same pop up window, and is located at the bottom of that window.
2. You may also clear students in bulk. To reach the bulk clearing page:
Click Manage Students in the top right corner of the Program>Students page
Click on Manage Status in the drop down.
Click the radio button under the Cleared column for all students who have met the requirements for participation.
NOTE: If you have not added student to a roster, when you mark their status to cleared on the Program>Students page their status on the roster will be ACTIVE and their name will appear on the public site.If you have added students to a roster before you have cleared them from the Program>Students page you will need to mark their Roster Status to ACTIVE when you clear them. This can be done by switching the status to ACTIVE in the designated roster column in the same window
