Conference Commissioners can sync schools to future seasons directly from their conference page. This is typically done when planning schedules one or more years in advance.
Program standings for the conference that display on the public side are managed differently by your Bound Admin Team. If there needs to be a change in the schools listed for a program's standings contact Support via the Green B.

Copy Schools to the Next Year
Log in to Bound and go to your Admin Conference page.
If you don't land on the Schools tab, click Schools in the conference menu.
In the top-right corner, click Manage Schools.
In the new window, schools will display filtered by year. Use the Earlier and Later buttons to see more.
To start the sync forward, click Sync Schools.
Select the Source Year for the sync. Bound will use the data to create an exact copy to the Destination Year. This can be one or more years forward.
Select schools with the checkbox next to their name, or click Select All.
Review your source and destination years, then click Preview Sync.
If the school already exists in the destination year, choose whether to skip or overwrite it. If there is no duplicate, the Status will display as New, and the data will be created.
Review the list, then click Execute Sync.
Note: The process may take several minutes to complete. Please do not complete this process again for at least 3 minutes to ensure the task is completed.
If a school is not going to be in your conference the following year, do not copy it forward. If it is copied forward and they decided to leave, click on the red trash can to delete them from that year.
