Conference Scheduler - Manage Activities

Customize your public conference page with the activities your conference has managed schedules for.

Go to your Bound Conference Page

Click on the Trophy or Program Page

You will notice the yellow banner at the top. Click on Manage Activities to customize the list to only those programs your conference manages schedules for.

NOTE: You can leave this as is, but the list on the public page will include programs that you do not have schedules for creating confusion within your conference community. In addition when you customize the list, it reduces the list of programs on Admin page reducing scrolling or hunting for a specific program.

Every sport defaults to the toggle off. Go through the list of programs and toggle on those that your conference managing. The programs could consist of Girls only, Boys only, Co-ed or Extracurriculars.

Click on "Select Only Varsity Level" to turn on the varsity level radio button under each program that has been toggled on.

Click on "Select Non-Varsity High School Levels" to turn on levels 2 through 4 representing your JV, JV2, Sophomore or Freshman teams. and Click on "Select Middle School Levels" to turn on levels 5 and 6 that are used for Middle School or Junior High.

Go through each sport and deselect a level that the conferences isn't managing a schedule for.

Once done, click on "Save Activities" at the top of the page.

You can view your Bound Public Conference Page to see the adjusted list of programs. NOTE: It may take some time for the public side to update depending on cache.

NOTE: You can edit your list of managed activities at any time by clicking on the big action key +Manage Activities in the upper right hand corner when you are on the Program Page of your Conference site.
