Click on the Fast Forward (double arrows) button next to your Physical document.
In the drop down field, choose the physical or other document that you want to roll forward to the next academic year.
This function is most commonly use on for physicals and it will refer to your Validation Rules in the document set up to determine which physicals to roll forward to the next year.
You can roll forward a document as many times as you want and it will NOT duplicate a document that has already been rolled forward.
If the document is expired or does not meet the validation rules the document will NOT roll forward to the next year.
Then click the Roll Forward button and give the system 5 to 10 minutes to complete the Roll Forward process.
