This article will guide you through the steps to set Restrictions in your Activity Registration setups, regarding the ability to block students from registering with Unpaid Fees or Eligibility Issues.

Updated yesterday

  • First step is to navigate to the Students tab (Graduation Cap icon). Then you will click on the Registration tab on the left side bar.

  • On the Registration page you will click on the Settings tab and then General Settings.

  • You will then scroll down to the section labeled Restrict Registration Settings.

    • Here you will see 2 toggled buttons giving you the ability to Block Registrations for students with Unpaid Fees and Block Registrations for students with Eligibility Issues.

    • Under the Eligibility Issues toggle you are able to choose which categories will warrant a blocking of registration ability. Simply check which ones you wish to block registrations for.

Follow these steps to Add an Eligibility Issue for a Student.

  • To add an Eligibility Issue for a student, navigate to the Students page on the Students tab. From here, find your student you wish to add an eligibility issue for and click on either of the buttons next to the students name.

  • On the Students profile page, you will click on the Eligibility tab and then click the green button in the top right corner that says Add Eligibility Issue.

  • On the New Eligibility Status page you are able create a new issue. Choose a Title, select which Category the issue is under, Start and End Date, Add any Attachments, and finally click Save Eligibility Status at the bottom to submit this new status.
