Bound lets you create print-ready promo flyer for your school's ticketing page automatically. The flyer carries your school logo alongside the Bound logo, a "BUY TICKETS HERE" headline, and a QR code that sends fans to your school's public ticketing page.
There is no design needed; Bound generates the flyer from your school's branding and ticketing page, so there is nothing to fill in and nothing to save. Open the tab and the finished flyer is there.
Example:
How it works
Your school gets one ticketing flyer, and its QR code points to your school's ticketing page rather than to a single game. Fans who scan it see every event you currently have on sale and pick the one they want. Because the flyer points at the page instead of an event, you can print it once and keep using it all season.
Find your Promo Flyer
In your school dashboard, click Events -> Ticketing.
Click the Promo Flyers tab.
Your Ticketing Page is where the QR code link will lead, and the Ticketing Promo Flyer tab is where you can print and download the flyer.
Print or Download the Flyer
The Ticketing Promo Flyer section shows a live preview of the finished flyer. To the right of the heading is Open in New Tab with a dropdown arrow beside it, which holds every print and download option.
Scroll to the Ticketing Promo Flyer section.
Click the dropdown arrow next to Open in New Tab.
Choose the option you need:
Print: Opens your browser's print dialog so you can send the flyer straight to a printer.
Save as PDF: Downloads the flyer as a PDF, best for emailing to a print shop or to staff.
Save as Image: Downloads the flyer as an image file, best for posting to social media or dropping into a program or slide.
Save as HTML: Downloads the flyer as a web page file.
Downloads are named for your school, such as Allison - Ticketing Flyer.pdf.
Note: The flyer is generated in your browser at the moment you print or download it, so nothing is stored in Bound for you to come back to. Save the file somewhere you can find it again if you plan to reprint.
Share Your Ticketing Page Link
The Your Ticketing Page section shows the exact link the flyer's QR code sends fans to. Use it when you want to promote ticket sales somewhere a QR code will not work, such as an email, a text to your parent list, or a social post.
In the Your Ticketing Page section, find the link below the heading.
Click Copy Link.
Paste the link into your email, post, or message.
Tip: Scan the QR code on the printed flyer once yourself before sharing it so you can confirm the page fans land on is the one you expect.
