The Bound Gate and Payment App runs on your Stripe reader. Use it at the gate to sell tickets by card and to scan tickets fans bought ahead of time. Before you start, connect the reader to your school. See Connect a Stripe Reader.
Open an Event
On the Select school screen, tap your school.
Note: This screen lists the schools assigned to the reader. To add or remove a school, contact Bound Support.
On the Events screen, tap the event.
Sell Tickets
On the Checkout tab, tap + or − to set the number of each ticket type.
Check the Subtotal, then tap Charge.
Have the customer tap or insert their card.
After the payment goes through, the reader returns to the Checkout tab for the next customer.
Scan Tickets
Open the event, then tap the Scan tickets tab.
Point the reader's camera at the ticket's QR code.
Tap Activate for the tickets you want to check in, then tap Done.
Open Device Settings
Device settings are where you generate a new pairing code, change the network, or check other reader settings.
If you're inside an event, tap the home icon to return to the Events screen.
On the Events screen, tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
