View Box Office and Ticket Sales Reports

Learn how to open an event's Box Office, print the event report, find orders, and view sales across events and passes.

Each ticketed event has a Box Office that shows its revenue, payments, attendance, orders, and reports. The Ticketing Dashboard summarizes ticket sales across all of your events.

Open an Event's Box Office

  1. Go to Events and find the event.

  2. Click the green ticket button on the event, then click Box Office. The Box Office opens in a new tab.

For a tour of each panel, see Use the Box Office.

Print the Event Report

  1. In the Box Office, under Quick Actions, click View Event Report. The Event Summary Report opens.

  2. Click Print. Use your browser's print options to print the report or save it as a PDF.

The report includes a Sales Summary with tickets, gross sales, fees, and net sales for Online, Reader, Cash, and Complimentary sales, before and after refunds. Below it are Refunds (with Download CSV), Cash Tickets By Type, and Complimentary Tickets By Type.

Note: The report is summarized automatically when the event is over. To summarize it again, click Finalize Event Report at the bottom of the report.

To return to the Box Office, click Box Office Home.
