This article walks through how to add a meet to your schedule. By doing this, you'll be adding the meet to your teams schedule, all participating teams schedules, and enabling the ability to tie meet registrations to the meet in Bound.
NOTE: If you're setting up meet registrations (formally VB Meets), this step may already be done by an administrator of the school. If it's already setup, you can skip this step. If it isn't done, you may need the help of the schools AD or AD Assistant or other user that has scheduling permissions.
NOTE: To access these pages you'll need to have the "Schedule" and Meet Entry Management" permissions enabled for your account. This link will help your AD or other school admin set those permissions
1. Log into the admin side of your school and click the Events tab.
2. On the Events page click Add Event in the top right corner.
3. Click "Add Event" under School Competition Event, and then choose the sport you're adding the meet to.
NOTE: Depending on the sport you may be asked to choose between a Meet Based or Head to Head competition format, always choose the Meet Based option.
4. Enter your meet information, search for the participating teams and add them to the meet (make sure to add your team as well), then click Save.
5. Once added, the meet will show on your schedule, as well as your opponents.
