To edit rates, in Properties select the listing you wish to edit. From there, scroll down on the sidebar menu (beneath your property photo on the left), and click "Rates."

Here you can set your Listing Currency, Base and Daily Rates, Taxes, Discounts, and Additional Charges. You can also add seasonal rates in your Calendar. Regularly reviewing and adjusting your rates can help boost bookings.
