In Properties select the listing you wish to edit. Scroll down on the sidebar menu (beneath your property photo on the left) and click "Rates." At the bottom there is the "Taxes" section.

From the drop down menu, select your preferred tax collection method: tax percentage for the entire stay, tax percent per person per day, or no tax collection. If you choose to collect taxes, a blank field will appear where you will enter the tax percentage amount.

Please note that we do not recommend bundling taxes into your nightly rate, as many local authorities prohibit this practice. Additionally, Boutique does not charge a commission on taxes. When taxes are bundled, it becomes challenging for us to apply our commission exclusively to the nightly rate.
