Yes, you can apply discounts for longer stays. In Properties select the listing you wish to edit. From there, scroll down on the sidebar menu (beneath your property photo on the left), and click "Rates." Scroll down to the "Promotions and discounts" section. Here, you can specify percentage discounts for 7-night, 14-night, and 28-night stays.
