Boutique has four cancellation policies for you to choose from:

Strict:

  • The guest pays 100% at booking.

  • Full payment is non-refundable after 24 hours.

  • You receive 50% of your payout one week after booking, and the remaining 50% one week before the guest arrives.

  • Please note that while this is the most secure cancellation option, it has a lower booking rate as guests are more hesitant to pay in full upfront.

Moderate:

  • The guest pays a 50% deposit at booking, and the remaining balance 60 days before arrival.

  • The deposit is non-refundable after 24 hours. Balance payment is non-refundable once it is received.

  • You receive 50% of your payout one week after booking, and the remaining 50% one week before the guest arrives.

Flexible:

  • The guest pays 50% deposit amount at booking, and the remaining balance 60 days before arrival.

  • The deposit is refundable up to 60 days before the guest’s arrival. At 60 days, the balance is received and the full payment is non-refundable.

  • You receive your full payout one week before the guest arrives.

Full Flex:

  • The guest pays 50% deposit amount at booking, and the remaining balance 60 days before arrival.

  • The booking total is refundable up to 30 days before the guest’s arrival.

  • If canceled between 29 and 14 days before arrival, it is 50% refundable, and you will receive 50% of your payout. For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, it is non-refundable, and you will receive your full payout one week before the guest's arrival.

Please note that this option is often chosen by guests for its flexibility but provides hosts with the least secure cancellation policy.
