Eligibility:
The lower rate must be for an identical booking: same property, accommodation type, number of guests, dates of travel, date of booking, and equivalent payment and cancellation policies.
The lower rate must be publicly available and verifiable by our team, and the host must honor the matched price.
Price match requests must be submitted before a booking is confirmed. The only exception is for instant bookings, where a price match can be requested within 24 hours of confirmation. Requests thereafter are ineligible.
The Price Match Guarantee applies to standard bookings only. BoutiqueHomes Privé and Travel Advisor bookings are not eligible for price matching.
How to Claim:
Provide a clear, readable screenshot of the lower rate, including the date of the competing offer, property details, accommodation type, number of guests, and payment and cancellation policies.
Include the direct link to the competing offer.
Submit your claim to our customer support team.
Processing Your Claim:
Our team will verify the lower rate with the host to confirm that they will honor the matched price.
Upon host verification and approval, our moderators will adjust your booking rate.
You will be required to submit payment based on the adjusted rate or, if applicable, we will issue a refund.
Limitations:
Price matches cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Discounts offered after a booking has been confirmed on our platform are not eligible unless the promotion is directly from the host and the host agrees to honor the matched price, or it is an instant booking and the price match is requested within 24 hours of booking.
