How do I update a quote?

All quotes are automatically pulled from your listing, so as long as your listing is up-to-date, you should not need to update the quote. If the rate is lower than it should be, you'll need to decline the request, adjust your listing, and invite the guest to resubmit. If you'd like to add a discount, you'll be able to update that in the quote easily.

If you want to adjust the dates or guest count, you can update these items in the quote. If you receive an inquiry where this is necessary, click “Update quote.” You'll see a pop-up displaying the current quote details. Modify the rate, number of guests, discounts, or other relevant fields as needed. Then, click "Update" at the bottom of the pop-up. This will send the updated quote to the guest. Keep in mind that if the guest had previously attempted to submit payment, they will need to accept the updated quote to confirm the booking.
