If you're curious about how Bundle Builder integrates with Shopify or operates on the backend, you'll be pleased to know that the app makes effective use of Shopify's product template. As we finish creating a bundle, it automatically generates a shadow product within the Shopify product section.
After your customer finishes the bundle journey, the system automatically creates a variant with a random SKU. This variant will be used as the placement for the completed product bundle or bundle the products into a single product with a single price.
NOTE: This variant should not be deleted because doing so may create an error in the storefront when completing the bundle.
