Speed is vital for eCommerce stores and our app excels in delivering exceptional speed. With just a few clicks, our app generates a query to Shopify to create a product with a unique Attribute. While our app initiates the query within milliseconds, it is worth noting that Shopify may take approximately 15-30 seconds to complete the product creation process.
We've already reported this issue, and the Shopify team is working to find a fix for it (they don't have an ETA because it's a complicated issue and might take months to fix).
Below is a list of things that can affect the speed of download/creation time for your customers:
How many products you’re loading
Apps that may be running in the background
Loading the bundle using the direct /apps/bundle URL or clicking the product, redirecting to the app.
As a workaround, we suggest enabling the "Show a Loading GIF When Adding to Cart " feature since it will show a popup so you can inform your users that the adding process can take a few seconds.
